It has been exactly a year since I began working and it’s fascinating how much has transpired in this duration. To say that the past year has been a roller coaster ride, is an understatement!
The biggest transformation that I notice is how far I’ve had to come, from sleeping 10 hours a day to barely scraping in 7 hours! Another change is that I can finally say – Ich kann Deutsch, ein bisschen! 😀
On a serious note, the most important thing that I have learnt and experienced is that it is important to find what you love doing. Doing what you love is always an amazing feeling!
The one thought that has driven me through all the tough decisions that I had to make and continues to drive me is something that my mentors have told me.
Life is about chasing your passions, don’t stop!
To add on to that, I feel that life is also about –
- Learning to make time for the things you love (hobbies) and the people who love you.
- Enjoying the little things in life – a cup of coffee, the rains or a beautiful sunset.
The first item on that list needs considerable work, apologies to everyone who’s shouted at me for replying a day late 😛
Cheers to everyone else with me and here’s to a future full of big milestones to celebrate! Oh yes, also to a lot of coffee and a lot of <br> ‘s in life!
